Could this all be prevented if Nintendo just embraced emulation and sold their ROMs. Why not? Sega is doing it on Steam. Well that’s what this months poll question is all about. Please answer!

I voted that Nintendo should sell their roms, but there is no way they are going to. You’re talking about a company that sells 30-year-old digital games for $10. A company that takes a cut of a Youtuber’s profit whenever they make a Nintendo game review.
