Blogging live to you and yours! It’s your boy TWOTALL4UFOOL! I just want to give my thoughts and reaction to what was announced at E3 for the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game now entitled Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. And oh my goodness they are giving us the gamers a lot with this game. I wrote a previous blog a while back on character predictions and I hit on some. If you want to check that out click here and you can see what I predicted. Now without a further or do let’s go down the line.
Wolf O’Donnell: I put him on my wishlist and now he’s back. Now let’s see if I use him.
Solid Snake: I’m sure Nintendo paid Konami a lot to get this guy back. But he’s back by popular demand. He should’ve never left to begin with if you ask me.
Ice Climbers: We get the Ice Climbers back. Nintendo really listened to their fans.
Daisy: She made the cut. I know a lot of fans are happy about this. She’s Princess Peach’s echo fighter so they will have a very similar move set. Another solid pick.
Ridley: This was a big one. I knew that Nintendo should mix it up a bit among its Metroid characters so what better way to do it then to have Ridley in the game. Thank you! Nintendo.
So those were the five characters I chose correctly. Now as for everybody else who didn’t make it I’m sure there were some disappointments. I understand from a 3rd party perspective that Nintendo has to do what they got to do but it seems like the biggest snub of all is none other than……..
Waluigi! That’s right folks he didn’t make the cut as a playable character. He’s an assist trophy and you can actually fight assist trophies this year. Nintendo sampled it in their reveal and who did they use as an example. Waluigi! LOL! The guys just gets no love. But I find it really funny. He went from one of Nintendo’s more annoying characters to people all of a sudden wanting him in Super Smash Bros.. What’s up with that? His debut game was Mario Tennis for the N64 and from what I read somewhere a while back he was only created because Wario needed a doubles partner. But I guess he’s grown on fans over the years. But he will be playable in Super Mario Party. LOL! I can still beat his ass with Luigi if he shows up as an assist trophy. I know a lot of fans are upset. It’s not too late Nintendo. Do the right thing. Just make him playable or announce him in some kind of DLC pack. Let’s hope we get some DLC. I’m actually hearing rumors that there are still characters that haven’t been announced yet. So there is still hope. But my guess is that they’re just more 3rd party characters. We’ll have to wait and see.
Anyway I can say overall I’m pumped about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I recently purchased a Wii U Gamepad adapter so I can use GameCube controllers. Reviews to come on those devices so stayed tuned for that. Are you going to pick up Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? What character are you going to use? Let me know in the comments below. Until next time! Blogging live to you and yours! It’s your boy TWOTALL4UFOOL! Remember that TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE! Thanks for reading folks. I got my final thoughts on E3 coming so keep coming back for more great content.
