Blogging live to you and yours! It’s your boy TWOTALL4UFOOL! So if you have been keeping up with this blog you would know that I recently got Burnout Paradise: Remastered. The game is excellent however the soundtrack I feel can use a bit of work. I love Guns ‘N Roses and the song Paradise City but the rest of the music I feel just doesn’t fit the game. This got me to thinking what kind of music would I like to hear if I’m playing a racing game such as Burnout Paradise or any other open world racing game for that matter. I thought about it and I came up with a list songs that I felt met this subject matter.
Hot Action Cop- Fever for the Flava: Originally appeared on the Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 soundtrack. Check it out. Kinda dirty but it gets me in the driving mood.
Ludacris- Act A Fool: Remember the movie 2Fast 2Furious. One of my favorite movies, and one of my favorite movie soundtracks. Act A Fool by Ludacris is guaranteed to get you in a driving mood.
8Ball- Hands In The Air: Another one of my favorite songs off the 2Fast 2Furious soundtrack. This is a song that can really get you going whether you are playing a game or really driving.
Lil’ Flip- Rollin’ On 20’s: This track has a laid back beat. Yes it is off the 2Fast 2Furious soundtrack (last song from that soundtrack I promise).
Coolio- Cruise Off: Coolio is one of my favorite artists. He made Cruise Off a while back. Great beat and a great song to ride to if you are playing a game.
War- Low Rider: The granddad of all riding songs in my opinion. It’s classic. Whether you own a lowrider no one would ever turn the dial on this song. Would you?
Kurupt- Who Ride With Us: Great song by a great rapper. I remember I would drag race to this song with some of my friends in high school. Not one of my better decisions but hey it is a good song to race to.
Coolio- Fantasitc Voyage: This was one of my favorite songs growing up. I love the Lakeside sample he did here. The music video is pretty nice to. Check it out.
The Click- Old School: The Click is E-40’s group consisting of himself, his brother, his sister, and cousin. His cousin B-Legit and Little Bruce talk about mobbin’ old school rides in this song.
Dr. Dre- Let Me Ride: My favorite riding song of all time. It’s a classic, and if you disagree with me then you don’t know good music. (Or maybe you just don’t like rap) LOL! Anyway you can deny Dr. Dre’s production ability in this song. He won a grammy for it so that has to tell you something.
So those are some of my favorite song I like to ride to whether I am driving playing a video game or driving in real life.
